Please note that estimated transit intervals are calculated from the actual date of courier dispatch, not the initial purchase date. 4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

For cross-border shipments, the recipient serves as the importer of record and must comply with all local statutes and regulations of the destination country. These localized ancillary charges are the sole responsibility of the customer; we possess no control over these regional regulatory frameworks.

5. Address Discrepancies & Undeliverable Shipments

It is the customer's structural responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address provided during checkout is entirely precise and error-free. We cannot modify dispatch trajectories once a shipment has entered transit routing. If a package is returned to our center due to address insufficiency, customer absence, or failure to collect from local carrier sorting hubs, the client may be responsible for secondary redistribution freight expenses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

All premium shipments are protected under standard transit carrier indemnities. In the rare event that a package is officially confirmed as lost within the courier logistics system, or arrives with overt structural damage, please reach out to our client care support team immediately so we can promptly coordinate an insured alternative shipment node or process a full financial credit.
