We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return matrix is structured to guarantee a transparent, reliable transaction cycle in alignment with standard digital distance-selling protection frameworks.
1. Return Window
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of item delivery verification. If 30 days have elapsed since your order was confirmed as delivered by the carrier network, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange mapping.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a successful return authorization, your item must meet the following baseline evaluation requirements:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact structural condition that you received it.
- It must be preserved within its original protective packaging.
- Mechanical components, straps, protective films, and structural seals must remain entirely intact and unaltered.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We mandate thorough transit monitoring. If an item arrives damaged due to postal handling or exhibits an inherent manufacturing variance, please notify our team within 48 hours of transit sign-off. We require digital photographic or video documentation demonstrating the structural impairment to issue a direct priority replacement node or full settlement remittance.
Important Financial Remittance Clause:
All approved standard refunds are strictly executed and returned back via the original payment method utilized during the initial checkout sequence. We do not provide cash alternatives, alternative-card routings, or unchecked digital transfers to protect ecosystem security.
4. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your returned asset is received at our verification center and inspected under standard quality assurance metrics, we will transmit an email notification acknowledging receipt. We will additionally notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be compiled immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment account within 5 to 10 business days, depending heavily on your card-issuing bank's technical processing latency.
5. Return Shipping Allocation
To initiate a verified return, you must first obtain an authorized tracking designation through our digital client care team. Unless the return is directly caused by a verified transit structural default or incorrect shipment error on our behalf, the customer will be responsible for paying individual return transit shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
